    NEW YORK: Death at the Fair

    Unsolved, this incident has given rise to a number of conspiracy theories online, all of which seem implausible to me - the key may be that this wasn’t an isolated outrage.

    Four Americans were awarded the BEM but, as was customary, only the British recipient’s award was gazetted.
