You don't say who the other 5 were, there are 8 on CWGC who died 7/1/41 and are commemorated in the UK, are you discounting 2 of them?
James Jonathan Birtles, 13028969, and William Arthur Duffy, 13041454, were killed through enemy action according to newspaper reports.

This is possibly Arthur's death registration, a death certificate should give cause of death.

    Hello Again
Any ideas what his medal entitlement might be ? I think he would be entitled to the 1939-45 Star and War Medal, but would he also get the Defence Medal ? Was London classed as an Operational Area due to Enemy Air Raids ? Thanks
    Regards Ron
