I have a few questions regrading this award ; - Did the 180 days in an operational area, overseas have to be in one stint or could it be accumulative ? - When sent to an operational overseas area I imagine you start logically from the day you enter the area, rather than when you set off from UK is that correct ? (I am referring to being sent to Burma from UK) - Would days served supplying troops in France post D-day going back and forth in the channel likely count towards accumulative total ?
