John Heath captured Singapore 15/2/42. Transported to Thai/Burma Railway in 'D' Force 23/3/43. Died 5/2/45 Originally buried Wat Koke Mor, Nong Pladuk. Reburied Chungkai War Cemetery 19/5/46. I would contact the ever helpful Thai Burma Railway Centre who should be able to provide details of his Camps.
