306th/77th (Highland) Field Reg (Artillery) - Movements/Battles in the BEF & North Africa.

    I'm also researching the movements of the 306th Battery. My Grandfather was attached to them from August 1943 through to the end of the War. He wouldn't be in the photo as he was in a RASC unit and wasn't a gunner. If you have anything you can share War Diary wise, or anything else, I'd be grateful, likewise if I find anything out I'll PM you.

    Hi Chris, how is the book coming along?
    Do you know whether Harry was in RHQ or 306 or 305 battery?
    My great uncle was in RHQ and was killed on 21 May 1940. I would be interested to know if there was any further information regarding his unit around this time.

    Any photos from that period would also be excellent!
