372861 is the hamlet of Cimbano. 381864 is the nearby village of Villastrada (shown as Strada on the 1943 100.000 Map.

The fact that your uncle and his colleague were buried several kilometres to the south of where 77 Field Regiment were in action on 29 June supports my idea that they died in a field hospital. Brought into Assisi with them were soldiers from a variety of regiments who had died on different dates.
