YES. ESCAPED IN ITALY ALONE AFTER GERMANY OCCUPATION, AFTER 10 DAYS RECAPTURED, AGAIN FROM LEIPZIG (GERMANY) WITH 3 OTHER MEN AND SUCCEEDED IN REACHING AMERICAN LINES.
