    Ken Swingler was born on the 2nd November 1914 in Louth, Lincolnshire to parents Sydney Sendall and Annie Elizabeth Swingler (neee Kerman). in April 1940 he married Edith Mastin at Bakewell Derbyshire.

    Thanks to Phil, I am now in contact with the family of Kenneth Swingler and can pass on a history of the Regiment's he served in. I also have a photo of Kenneth whilst serving with I Troop, 338 Battery.

    At long last found out what Regt my Dad served in 102 LAA he was initially in the Lincolns and then the RA never explained and hardly spoke of the war years sadly lost him 40 years ago in November Robert Henry Lloyd Stapleton
    His Son Ian ex(RAC)
