Notice how hard it is to find a solid price on that site.
I'm guessing the usual '50p for issue one' followed by 'Eight quid each for the next 400 issues, as popularised by so many part-works.

Or am I just a smidge cynical...

I dunno but the model tanks look good on the TV :)

This series came out in France about 3/4 years ago. I bought the first one as it was only about 1€, and I thought it worth that just for the Tiger I, which even in Feldgrau was quite good. I kept an eye on some of the others and many were quite disappointing.

It is normally always the same. A nice little introductory offer and a good first product.

Then comes the never ending articles.
I just have to look in the window of our local Karstadt store which usually has lots of magazines with scale models attached.

If you need a ready made 1/72 tank, then dragon have a splendid selection of WW2, which are relatively cheap and look the part.

I saw the TV ads for that one.
I kind of hoped there was a market for sprogs to collect models of 'Case Axial Flow Combine Harvesters' rather than F*me Acade*y type tat .
