    Good Evening,
I'm trying to find details of Alfred Willis Born 1916 in London.
From the 1921 Census He is living with his Father, mother and sister Joan at 58 Torquay St. Paddington.
    Unfortunately that's it.
His son who is a good friend and who himself served in the RE and is the reason I'm looking for him believes he was in the Ox and Bucks then transferred to the RE.
He died in Wales in 1966
Thanks in advance for any help. I'm usually ok at this but seem to be hitting a brick wall in this instance

You still need his records but if you search you can find his medal card (same address), his service number is given as 5346151 and 7th Bn Oxford & Bucks. Applied for 1939/45 star, Africa (8th) and Italy stars, Defence and War medals.

    Service records here:

Search results: 5346151 | The National Archives

He was a civilian in 1939 register. Enlisted with Royal Berkshire Regt. but you will need his records to follow his transfers between units.
