Anyone having image upload issues?

Mornin',
A couple of people have reported image upload problems.
The one image I've looked at was a perfectly normal 500k jpeg, so not the 500mb scan people usually have trouble with.
Other report uses Opera browser.

Anyone else getting regular issues with uploading pictures?
If so: What browser or device are you using?
Does the situation improve with using a different browser?
Also interested if anyone using Opera has no trouble.
