Does anyone know if the official commemoration in Oosterbeek War Cemetery will be on Satrurday (17-9) or Sunday (18-9)?

The CWGC has it down for Saturday while it looks to me the Renkum website has it down for Sunday?

    TIA!

    Regards,

    Marco

Thanks chaps. I seemed odd to me that the airdrop and the commemoration would be on the same time. Bit of a cock-up from the CWGC...

Probably safer to rely on the official programme of events. The one to watch out for is when the 17th falls on a Monday as lots of people think that the commemoration will take place on the nearest weekend. It's always the Sunday on or following the 17th

Thanks John, that would explain the date of the 17th on the CWGC website.
