Very interesting, Martin. Can you say anything about the children in photo 19?

From all the blond hair, I'm guessing local schoolkids. :)

They were Dutch, but I don't know anything after that.
They each had a bundle of flowers they laid in front of the
    usual wreaths.

Nice to see them there though, at 46 I find I am usually
among the younger people at any Event.

I went to the presentation given by Judy Urquhart about her father General
Roy Urquhart. The concerthall in Oosterbeek was completely full, there was a stand of the Airborne Museum and all editions of Urquhart's book could be seen in a display. The presentation lasted an hour.

Still to come are the Operation Pegasus March and the Remembrance Sunday service at the Airborne Cemetery Oosterbeek but i like to applaud for the
organisations who made it possible that 68 years after the Battle we still
have these moving and unforgettable commemorations.
    To name a few:

    The Airborne commemorations foundation
    The Police Sports Association Renkum
The municipalities of Renkum, Arnhem, Driel and Ede.
    The Arnhem Veterans Club
    The Lest we Forget foundation
    The hundreds of volunteers
    The hundreds of local schoolchildren
    The Dutch ministry of Defence
    The Royal Harmony Oosterbeek
The Royal British Legion Holland branch
    The Driel-Poland association.
    The MoD

And ofcourse not to forget the local civilians and the veterans and guests from abroad.

Feel free to add other organisations or persons wich i have forgotten
    to mention.

Sorry if this sounds crass, Ronald, but what is the Remembrance Sunday service like?
