Just bought 250 original photos of ATS /RASC drivers at the end of the war 1945, i wonder if any one can ID this ATS driver, has her dads name on some of the photos. He was a Lt Col Coles in ww2, there is a photo of him i think at the end of ww1 then as a Lt Col in ww2. It would be nice to find her name to put with the photos. Think she was a driver for SHAEF Supreme HQ Allied Expeditionary Force in 45. she might have been married to Ted in 1944. Keith
is that a year stripe on the right sleave + a drivers badge on the photo of the ATS drivers. ATS handbag Keith
is that a year stripe on the right sleave + a drivers badge Wasn't the first Good Conduct stripe given for 2 years ? I'd say that was drivers badge too. I thought I had a pic in one of my books but cant find it.
