Bank Holiday Weekend

    I had the excellent opportunity to attend a 60th Anniversary event over the weekend beginning with a Dakota flight over Sussex (bit choppy - gusting upto 40knots)

    Then experienced superb music & various flying displays into the evening with Dame Vera attending (who met with some vets she had met 60years previous in Burma) and two showings of the Carolyn Grace spitfire and Carloyn herself came over to the show after the display.

    Shame it was so cold & windy compared to the night before!!!
