Just back from this and it was great to attend an air show and dare I say it, feel normal! Open tents, outdoor fully, no masks except in the museum. Good aerial highlights, B17, couple of dakotas, spitfire / buchon tail chase and a finale of 9 spitfires and a hurricane in the air at once. Other delight for me was 100 year old (doesn’t look or sound a day over 80) Mosquito pilot Colin Bell DFC, signing copies of ‘Bloody Terrified’ written by his navigators son.
Usual crook in the neck jobs from me (never worked out how to right them). I’m not a big picture taker as you can tell and has the kids with me.
