Very useful chart here. The following U.S. report on the British General Staff was originally published in No. 11, Nov. 5, 1942.
I think I have previously uploaded a copy of the report you refer to (Lord knows whether it has survived the Photobucket Cash-Grab), but either way there's some kind of error with your post as the report is not linked to, attached or embedded in your post.
