British tanks in North africa

Hello everyone
I noticed that while regarding the part of the axis the news about the number and the dates of use of the tanks in North Africa are quite common is not equally true for those used by the British and above all on the quantities used and on the dates of their use. I would be grateful to anyone who could bring some order to this matter and line up some dates and numbers and units used by the British especially with regard to the year 1942 excluding Alamein ...
