    Hello,

I'm interested in history of World War II and history. I made a website about Klimontow - part of Sosnowiec and my homeland, Poland where was situated (1943-1945) Camp for British prisoners of war in Klimontow - Arbeitskommando E 702 Stalag VIII B 344 Lamsdorf (it was a part of coal mine in Klimontow). Arbeitskommando E 702 was a small part of big camp Stalag VIII B 344 Lamsdorf.

the address of my page is ===Informacje o dzielnicy Klimontów w Sosnowcu - wiadomości, historia, galeria, ciekawostki.===
some information in English: Klimontów - dzielnica Sosnowca - The camp for prisoners of war from Great Britain in Klimontow near Sosnowiec, Poland.

I know the names and stories about 8 former prisoners: Alan Forster,
BBC - WW2 People's War - The Diary of Alan Forster, POW 3921, Stalag VIIIB (October 1944 - May 1945) Category
Howald Powell, Gerry Maller (who is still alive),
Klimontów - dzielnica Sosnowca - Rozmowa z Geraldem Mallerem
    Reg Pope
About us - Heritage - World War Two - Reminiscences - Aviva PLC
Bill Robinson (who died in 2011).

I would like to contact to relatives and friends of other prisoners from this camp. Few of them were also Southafricans.
The camp was situated about 1 km from my house.
