I'll be staying in Cassino 27-29th June and am happy to take any photos of Graves or names on the memorial that anyone is after - I will also be paying a visit to the Polish cemetery so again am happy to get photos from there too. Not sure which of the days I will be at the Cemeteries but I'll check my email right up to my visit. Regards Alistair
Alastair You might find this thread of some interest: http://ww2talk.com/forums/topic/51847-cassino-2014/page-2 I shall never forget my own trip there with Nita and I wish you a good visit Ron
Thanks you for your kind wishes and also for the link, when I am there I will stop by Gunner Burnard and have a quiet word of thanks with him. Alistair

A quick last bump, I'm in my hotel just now but heading out towards the cemetery soon, so any last requests get them in, I'll have my phone so will be checking in case there are any messages. Thanks Alistair
Fingers crossed I've got them all and they come out good and clear, I'll be another 2 weeks til I'm home and get them posted, it's another beautiful cemetery, they are working on the ground around the memorial but it doesn't cause any inconvenience I'll pass nearby tomorrow so can possibly get any latecomers, my main task tomorrow is walking up to the abbey, before I arrived that sounded like a pleasant stroll but now I'm here it it's looks a bit more effort, but no one is trying to kill me and I don't have to wear battle order so can't grumble. Alistair
Sorry again for the delay, first some general photos - I'll follow this up with individuals - the memorial was quite hard to get clear photos, if I miss any when posting please let me know as I took the ones requested plus some odds and ends that caught my eye so I may miss one or two when posting but I'm sure I have them all. Alistair
As most of the photos related to Recce I took these ones of 2 unknown 4th Recce graves alongside that of Trooper Burrows
Thanks for taking the time to photograph the Recce Graves, I am especially grateful for the 2 Unknowns which I didn't know were there as CWGC doesn't list them. Cheers Paul
