This is Cpl Maurice Scott his service record states he was in the 8th Reserve Battalion Devonshire Regiment, promoted to Cpl on the 19th November 1942 and transferred to the 2nd Battalion on the 11th August 1943, my question is what are the badges on his arm, to me it looks like the 45th Infantry Division (Drakes Drum) with one arm of service stripe but what does the coloured triangle stand for. He is also wearing Devon slip on title. Heres hoping someone out there can shed some light.
