Has anyone got evidence of Churchill Crocodiles carrying anything other than standard Green or Winter Camouflage?
Maybe black/Green, or Mickey mouse pattern?

    Cheers,
    Adam.

No, khaki drab or khaki drab and whitewash seem to be the choice.

    I thought so :(

Cheers chaps. I'll just have to face another all-green kit then.

Allied tanks were not the most interesting when it came to Camouflage. The Germans were much more proficient in its use. On the subject of camouflage the US army tried to bring in a camouflage scheme on its uniforms for its troops in normandy and was used by the 2nd Armour Division but its similarity to the German design led to its withdrawal from use.

You know what Ive never even read about bored allied crews having their own go more than just name...

British didnt start off that bad but my 1944 I guess they just couldnt be bothered anymore, to many to paint.

What did the Crocs wear in Korea? Had they moved on to post war Bronze green?... just checked, it would seem not.
Most of them fought without their flame trailers alongside Cromwells and Centurions.

Nothing wrong with another all-green kit. It's the classic color!
