Guys, Need the help of you chaps with access to genealogy websites. Trying to track down Donald Bailey's descendant's and in particular his Granddaughter Christina Bailey. Donald Bailey married Phyllis sometime in the early 1930's, I think her maiden name was Andrew. They had one child, a son called Richard born in 1937. Richard went up to Cambridge in 1955-ish to read Biology. By 1987 he was a lecture in Conservation of Wild Life at London University. Richard married a lady called Susan and I believe they had four children, one of whom was called Christina. Like her grandfather before her, Christina read Civil & Structural Engineering at Sheffield and graduated in 1990. This is a four year course, or a five year course with a placement year. That being so Christina's DoB must be about 1967 or 1968. All of this information is from Brian Harpur's book on the Bailey bridge. Neither the Sheffield Alumni office nor the Institution of Civil Engineers has any up-to-date information on Christina Bailey and no notification on change of name if she got married. I need to know her married name and last known address if possible chaps. As we are dealing with a living person can responses be via PM's please.
