Not a WD but covers June 1944-January 1945: http://ww2f.com/threads/diary-of-a-soldier-in-the-east-riding-yeomanry-bla.14763/ or: Diary of a soldier in the East Riding Yeomanry

Soldier's diary: Diary of a soldier in the East Riding Yeomanry

Not a WD though for D-Day only: East Riding Yeomanry D-Day embarkation

Another not WD: L/Cpl JOHN DUNN 7895709 1st East Riding Yeomanry.

Dave H had in 2011 all 1944 and was here last month: ERY War Diary Jan - May 45

In 2021 dryan67 had this book and offered to scan pgs:
All found using an online search: "East Riding Yeomanry" + "War Diary" site:ww2talk.com and the results above are from the first pg., I then stopped.

    Tku for your help.
I did have some of the data already but not all. But I realised that even if the WD isn't available online or else atm. I can always find the brigade and the division ones as well. As long as they are available of course.

Many of us in UK can't get there either but fortunately there are a few members on here who go to Kew regularly to copy files.

I've got a 3 volume history of the East Riding Yeomanry due to be published very shortly (March hopefully).
Can I help you with anything?

I can get them for you - I also copy individual months if that is all you need.

    Hi

I have the complete 1944 diary and can send you a copy if you donate my fee to the charity my son is supporting. Let me know if you'd like me to send you a direct message.

    Cheers
    Andy
