I have a recent book by Osprey about Poland sept 1939. But what i am really after is a book that covers on the main the Polish side of the campaign. Is anyone aware of there being a good book on the market. Also Has anyone been to the Sikorski Museum in London and can recommend it for a visit. Regards Arm.
I can recommend you another polish museum, but situated in Poland itself. It is dedicated to the biggest battle of the Polish Campaign 1939 (http://www.e-sochaczew.pl/muzeum/english/index.html). All other sites about this campaign that I know are in polish (unfortunately) . But you have to try here: http://www.kampania.digimer.pl/english.htm
Start with "The War That Hitler Won" by Nicholas Bethell. Gene Smith's "The Dark Summer" is good, too. The bibliography to my web page should also have more sources. I'm not sure if I've posted the 1939 section of bibliography yet, though.

[/b] I know this is a bit late but it may be useful for someone in the future, I have read a book called "The Polish Campaign 1939" by Steven Zaloga & Victor Madej ISBN 0-87052-013-X
