I am searching for the forms which the padre filled in and would give to his commanding officer when reporting a casualty. I believe they may be AF W1334. This is to help me find a temporary grave position for a relative who is remembered on the Bayeux Memorial Panels but has no marked grave. The padre who buried him was killed two days later.

Any leads as to where to look for these would be appreciated.

Hi Nigel, sure wish I could answer your question. Have you tried contacting the CWGC direct to give you some clues? Good luck with your research. Maria

Have contacted them but they didn't give me any links or ideas. Will try National Archives I think.
