    Hello guys,

I recently discovered that my great granddad served in WW2. He served with the 1st Kings Own Scottish Borderers (KOSB) from 1940 to 1945. He landed on Sword Beach on D-Day, June 6th 1944, and took part in the fighting around Caen.

Does anyone have the 1st KOSB, War Diaries for June and July 1944? This will certainly help me out if anyone is able to post them on here, as information on the 1st KOSB on the internet is limited. If no one has the War Diaries for this unit, no worries, as I am planing to make to make a trip to the National Archives in several months to also see if there is the 1st Royal Fusiliers War Diaries for 1943.

    Thank you,
    Ben
