Hi everyone, I'm new here, so hopefully I'm using the forum correctly. I have been buying a few items of WW2 militaria from all the combatant nations. I recently purchased a Soviet medal for victory over Germany and which arrived today. However, the seller sent me the wrong item and I now have another medal which I hope to exchange for what I ordered. However, in the meantime, I'm hoping someone can identify what this medal was for to satisfy my curiosity. I've done a Google search but have not been able to find a picture of the medal I received.
