Having looked at your Uncle's documents, I can see that he served on 85 Sqn at RAF Swannington, which was part of RAF 100 (Bomber Support) Group. If you would like to contact me on: m.hillier091@hotmail.com I can pass on information to you about RAF Swannington and about the 100 Group in which your uncle served. Hopefully this will enable you to find out more about your Uncle and his RAF service at Swannington. Kind Regards Mike.
Mike welcome to the forum please take the @ out of your email and replace with AT I have also sent a message to the thread starter to make them aware regards Clive
