Can anybody assist please and point me in the direction of finding a crew list or ships log for HMS Ithuriel for Operation Pedestal for Aug 1942?
RN ship's logbooks are held at Kew in piece ADM 53; however, logbooks for ships smaller than cruisers appear not to have survived apart from the early years of the war. The RN do not have crew lists as such - they accounted for their crews in a completely different way and any lists you do find will probably be unofficial and incomplete.
