I Need Some Help With Information

I am trying to do some reasearch on a family member's war records and trying to figure out some things that someone may be able to understand and help me with. He was in the RAMC in Egypt.

Does anyone know what this means;
No 50 mil prison Deli BhoX(3).

Does anyone know what section 15(1) Army Act would have been?

Does anyone know where 82 General Hospital was?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds to me like your family member spent some time in clack, unfortunately.

However, he may have been a prison medic.
