The photographer of the "Breakfast With a Tank Crew" series seems hard to establish from the cards and descriptions There's a Taylor (Sgt) tag : Find an object | Imperial War Museums Sgt.Taylor tag : Find an object | Imperial War Museums And a Lieutenant Taylor description that doesn't match Sergeant Taylor's rank at that time, and is possible to confuse with a Lieutenant Taylor who operated mainly in the UK. --- x --- Sergeant Taylor... Possibly 10th Hussars is a shade more likely, given what at least can be seen of their cap badges. They aren't too dissimilar from the 9th Lancers, at this scale, and from these angles, plus the tac sign itself is possibly merely too dark to be 9th Lancer "gold/yellow" . The darker (being "azure/blue") tac sign of the Hussars in this instance would be more pronounced... (Tac colours - for comparisons)
