J.I.C. Report on Russian Military Technology & Atomic Weapons [August, 1949]

I found this report very interesting, especially the likely effects of Russian atomic attacks on the functioning of British Armed Forces and military plans. I'm no expert on nuclear weapons and had never, for instance, have considered Effect 7 (e) [seventh page here] as a mode of employment.
