The 7, 8, 9th and 10th photographs in the above show three young girls who had written poems about this tragic crash. They each recieved a gracious applause from the large crowd, approximately 300 people. The penultimate and last photographs are of some of the organisers, and memorial plaque.

The unveiling was done by many members / relatives of the Lancaster's Crew. Despite what it says here, the Poem was actually read by the brother of Roy Yallop, Barry Yallop. This, originally in the little blue book Barry is holding.
