I used to paint for John Tunstill back in the 70's. I painted 10's of 1000's of 25mm figures (I remember French Imperial Guard full Bands were popular). After painting and converting my own Airfix Napoleonic Armies doing these Minifigs on a production line basis was a dead easy. I ended up doing work for him under 2 identities because he later replied to one of my adds in Military Modeller and he started buying the same standard of painting for 50% more than I was getting in my original incarnation!
