    Slipdigit Old Hickory Recon

    Carbines are delight to shoot and I want to get one. Unfortunately, they are priced a bit out of my range and are climbing each time I go to a gun show.

    Saw this comment on a carbine youtube video.

    When my father was trained on this back in WWII he asked "Why are we using carbines? We're artillery." Sergeant replied "When the artillery is overrun you're infantry."
