Found this book during recent trip to France at the big french Maginot fort of Hackenberg. It looks like a comic book, but has great facts and details. Book is available in french, english, and german language editions. Anyone know if it is available on Amazon? (Click on attachment!)
I would say it is as much as comic book as it is a graphic history novel. I know the author - Marc Halter - and his work is very good. I have the French-language version of the book and think its a good work. The purpose of having the book in comic illustrated form was attract younger readers to the history of the Maginot Line.
