    Hi

My father's unit were told that they were due to embark for overseas on 16th Dec 1941.

However on 17th Dec the Unit war diary (it was an RAMC unit) stated:-

`Verbal instructions received from ADMS (assistant director of medical services) to on a new W.E. involving considerable vehicle change'.

Any ideas on what W.E. stands for?

    Thanks
