Monte Cassino - Polish units

Please could someone tell me which Polish units fought at Monte Cassino, and how one finds service records of men who served thus?

David - the 2nd Polish Division fought at Cassino - with a brigade of Armour - they have a centre in London where many of their records are kept - Drew is sure to have an address for them
