    Op. Mannheim

    Took off from Wratting Common at 1710 hours. Crashed at Fussgonheim some 10 km west south west of Ludwigshafen.

    Note.

    During the course of 1943, Bomber Command attacked Mannheim on 14 occasions. 2556 aircraft were dispatched with 2300 attacking the target (Naval, Industry, Transport, Oil) 117 aircraft were missing.
