    Op. Training

    Took off from Chipping Warden at 1238 hrs for a cross-country. Returned to base in the wake of starboard engine failure but failed to land on the first attempt. Going round again the bomber stalled and crashed 1403 hrs into Edgcote Park on the south side of the airfield catching fire immediately.
