    Leading Aircraftman Harold Cecil TATE 38664 RAAF worked at Number 4 Stores Depot Perth and died of Illness (details on his casualty file which has been digitised by the NAA) at 110 AGH (Australian General Hospital) which was based in the Hollywood region of Fremantle, WA
