Remembrance of a Happy Day!

    This wedding photograph, mounted on card, was used to back-up the framing of a watercolour. Although not able to distinguish his Corps, nevertheless a fine example of a War-time Comrade . . . a stranger, yes . . . but someone with whom you were 'at one with' and shared the strange, dangerous times in which we were young men.

    I hope he survived and is an aged Veteran like myself surrounded by a loving family of 'sixtish'-year-old children, 'thirtish'-year-old grandchildren and the joy of joys great-grandchildren.
