Service group C60

    I've noticed on several pages of a mans service documents the following:

    Age and service Group C60
    and a grid with C60 written in it
    and under Miscellaneous entries (f) 60C

    Can anyone tell me what this means.

    That was the unit number for people whose time was to be demobbed - my own number was A&S 50 which was given at the time of

    joining with NO idea when Number one group would be demobbed…I joined in Dec 42 and demobbed in May 1947…
