This is all why I reckon the postwar forum was needed, these events are so closely related to ww2 even 11 years after it's close, the aftermath was massive, and in my opinion still ongoing.

RADIO FREE EUROPE / RADIO LIBERTY The radio station was covertly funded by the US Government who talked of rolling back Communism & inciting the satellite states to throw off the shackles of Communism but when it came to the crunch the US prefered to worry about the Suez Crisis instead. After reading about what the USSR did over there I can understand one of ex-members hatred of all things Soviet. (You know who I mean.)
