Strange ID disk

    Hello,

    A friend find this disk in a junk store. I seems to be like the ID disk of BRITISH ARMY but, a little bit strange.
    Have you ever see similar models? For civilian labour?
    The first could be a service number, then RC for "Roman Catholic"? Blood Group (O Rhesus Negative?) and the name of the "soldier" ? Thank you in advance!
