    Supported by the Chindit Society, an exhibition about the Chindits will take place at the Kohima Museum, inside Imphal Barracks at York, from June 28 to August 29 2026. This is a unique opportunity to see artefacts from private collections never previously displayed in public and to listen to Chindit-related talks and presentations.     Just bumping this thread as a reminder to anyone who would like to visit the museum this summer and take in the Chindit exhibition. :)

    An update for the Chindit Exhibition at the Kohima Museum which opened last Sunday (29th June).

    A very well-attended event with some fabulous exhibits and the chance to meet several of the families I have met along my research way....which was great.
