How and where could I get the WDs of these US units?

    Thanks in advance

I assume you are looking for the war dairies of the airborne division artillery regiments during WWII. All US Army operational records at held at the US National Archives in Greenbelt, Maryland. They have not been digitized. They exist only as original documents. I recently was looking through an infantry regiment's records; it was more than a linear meter of material. Cheers, Marc

Hi Jeff. Well, I did the scanning for a friend's research project - a US Infantry Regiment that attacked part of the Maginot Line. Since he is going to use the info for his research, I don't feel comfortable about posting it. But, I think I will find some other regiment and post it ops log or monthly AAR. Give me a suggestion - a regiment and month - and I will see what I can do. What the heck, here are three pages from the monthly regimental history of a sister regiment - the 319th Inf Regt. My friend should not mind about that.

I was just picking at you Marc, on account of the huge numbers of papers that would have to be scanned.
