Walter Hart? Anyone have his memoir?

I am currently reading 'Faithful in Adversity - RAMC in the Second World War' by John Broom. In his bibliography section he references a memoir written by a Walter Hart titled 'In Arduis Fidelis' - I understand that this may have been an unofficial memoir written for limited distribution.

Nonetheless, there is particular subject material that I would be interested in to assist with my own research. Has anyone heard of this, or know where to source a copy? There is a PDF copy on a website (OTT's Reunited) but it appears that it has been dormant for a while and cannot be downloaded.

    Thanks!
