woman in picture

    ive been given this picture by someone of another ww2 forum and trying to trace a woman in photo i can make out the airfield and date but cant make out the rest any idea

    how are you going to trace the woman?
    which one
    do they expect someone to recognise her after 80 odd years
    do they have a name ? or any other details of the woman

    what info has been posted on the other WW2 forum

    saves forum members using their magic crystal balls which this time of year are running a bit dry

    You can see from the faces that they clearly knew the war was won.

    Regrettably, there is rarely any way to trace 'Other Ranks' unless they died in service.
